I assisted my parents through the process of having the buried oil tank in their driveway removed and let me say that working with EMC was a breeze thanks to Jason, who was my main source of contact through out this whole experience. Jason proved to be very organized, quick to respond, and very thorough in his explanations of what was going on. There were some delays due to weather, but as soon as the weather was good enough again their team wasted no time in going back to work. We were referred to Environmental Maintenance by our real estate agent to have the buried oil tank in our front yard removed before we sold our house. We had a great experience right from the start. We called their office and dealt with a nice young man named Jeremy. Couldn’t have been more helpful. The provided us with a written quote, obtained the permit, and promptly scheduled the work. On the day of the tank removal, the guys showed up on time and were ready to go. In less than an hour they had the tank uncovered and ready for removal. Jeremy was there to determine whether the soil need to be dug up. When the tank came out we had a couple small holes which Jeremy pointed out to us, and we needed to excavate some soil. We were a little worried at first, but Jeremy was kind enough to walk us through the entire process. He even informed us of the availability of PADEP grant money. At the end of the activities, our property was restored as if nothing happened. All of the people at Environmental Maintenance were so kind and considerate. We’ve recommended them to two other families in our previous neighborhood.
